4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Writer Pros or Computer Pros LLC be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this tool, including but not limited to errors in document output or rejection of filed documents by any court or government agency.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
